Megan Baugh
Human Resource Manager
Megan is Ehrhardt’s Human Resource Manager. She holds a BS in Psychology and the PHR designation to round out and inform her advisory, policy and labor relations role. Megan also oversees recruitment, onboarding, and training while supporting strategic business goals.
Mike Kanan
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at Ehrhardt Automation, Mike is an entrepreneurial-minded finance executive with proven success in managing global finance operations. Mike’s extensive knowledge in operational finance, business development and capital markets supports Ehrhardt’s company vision, strategy and objectives.
Patrick Walsh
Vice President, Ehrhardt Precision Products
Pat Walsh is Vice President and has responsibility for the Nuclear Component business within Ehrhardt Automation, called EPP. Pat started his career at Ehrhardt as a apprentice toolmaker and is passionate about solving problems and attention to customer service.
Gregory Kypta Jr.
Vice President, Operations
As Vice President Operations Greg manages with the view of a 6 Sigma Black Belt. Previously a Quality and Human Resources Manager, he has supervised production in welding, machining, fabrication and paint industries. Greg’s background includes leading combat, operations, and human resources teams in the U.S. Army.
